Spring Break :)

So, from today till the 4th I am officically on Spring Break :) Woot Woot! I am really excited for it this year :) I boarded a bus yesterday, all by myself I might add, for the first time. My first bus took me to GP where I had to sit for an hour waiting for them to clean the bus. I read and listened to music that whole time which made the ride seem super fast. I enjoyed the peace and quiet since there was only about 10 - 15 people on :) My next bus however, was packed! Hardly any seats were left. A nice, friendly guy sat down next to me :) We chatted the whole way to Valleyview :) I am proud of myself though because I actually started the conversation with him haha. I asked him if he wanted a peice of gum and he said sure. I then introduced myself :) We talked about everything and anything and it was quite an enjoyable conversation. :) I made it to Valleyview at about 3:30 AB. :) My amazing Auntie was waiting for me :) For the rest of the day we just chilled. Watching TV, ate supper, watched more TV haha It was really nice and relaxing :) A great way to start my vacation :) As of right now, I am waiting for my lovely friend to wake up haha so we can go do something entertaining haha :) I may get to go see my Grandma :) I am really excited!!! :) :) haha well thats all for now....talk to you in a few days :) I hope you all have an amazing spring break :)

Hello all my awesome friends!!! :) :) or random people that read this blog haha I am in a very good mood at this moment :) I am watching a good movie, not great but good, The Dark Knight. Plus, I am talking to an awesome friend of mine :) He is in Texas right now and I am so jealous!!! It was like -20 here and I was building a cardboard sled and he was suntanning in +25 weather!!!!! so not fair at all! Oh well he is going to have a major shock when he comes back in April! haha I think I may have to shove him in the snow haha that would be fun for me! :) probably not for him and he would probably over power me and totally put me in the snow instead haha.....hmmmm thinking about it now he is totally going to over power me :( lol I should bulk up before then lol anyways lol I also had an awesome weekend!!!! Got to see my amazing friends and family down there!!!! :) :D I already miss them!! But my pain in the butt but I still love him big brother moved there so we now have even more reason to go and visit them all! :) YAY haha my brother is finally going to be of some use ;) Just Bugging! I am really excited for school tomorrow!!! :) Want to know why?? sure you do haha I am excited to see my friends :) :) Cause they are awesome and make my life awesome and fun and cool! :) :) Yeah I am enjoying life so much right now!!! I have great friends and family and my life is going so good!!! :) :) Yes there are bad things that happen but I have learned to move on. :) and be happy for the things and people I do have :) :) But it is kind of late and I have to get up kind of early lol so talk to you all later :) :D

So, I have smiled a lot these past two weeks! :) It is so nice for a change!!! I don't like being not happy and I have been that way on and off since Kyle passed. I love my awesome friends, my family and I are getting alone awesomely :) school is school but even school has not been that bad! I made a new friend :) Which makes me happy! I may have already mentioned this one though...hmmmm....oh well if I have :) College is coming super close :) two days less than six months until I start! :) :) :) I am so pumped! and I have a friend coming up to visit the school the second weekend of school so that will be awesome :) And plus I will get to see a friend that moved away :) :) :) That is also very awesome :) and I get to go winter camping on Thursday with my Outdoor Rec class :) :) It is going to be so cold but I am sure it will be a complete and utter blast :) :) :) I am really excited now :) I was not that excited for a bit but now I am again :) Go me :) haha But I better go pack for that haha TTYL

Monday

        The title shows you just how creative I am feeling right now. It is Monday and I swear Monday's just drain me. I think I am going to try not writing LOL or HAHA in this other than those two. I probably will have to delete them a ton of times but I will make sure they are not in here when I am finished. See, well I guess you can't see but I almost wrote it again I got to the O and had to erase it. I really use those way to much! Today was a really good day until like right now pretty much. If you are reading this and you don't know who I am this is probably the most boring blog out there. I am not writing this so people will read it. I needed a way to get my feelings and thoughts out without judgement. Also I do know some family members like to keep up and see what comes out of my head next. It can be entertaining, if I do say so myself. Sometimes I even surprise myself with what I think. Not quite sure that is a good thing though...hmmmm....I am just going to go with it being a good thing. (insert laughter here).

    So as I said before today has been a really good day :) (minus right now). I woke up pretty good, although still to early for my liking. The bus ride was nice because I got to read and then I talked to my friends :) and read some more. First block we really didn't do much but I got to watch some of a movie :) Second block kind of blew but oh well can't have a perfect day now can we. Third was boring but not bad actually. I got to paint during my lunch :) Which always usually makes me happy :) And in cooking we made salsa :) which turned out to be the best salsa I have ever tasted!! I cannot wait until tomorrow when we make tortilla chips :) and we get to eat our salsa :) :) So pumped!!! :) Tomorrow, I have just decided, will be amazing! I will have a great day :) I think we all have to do that sometimes. Just decide that no matter what our day will be good and stick to it. If something goes a little wrong just fix it and move on. Just think of all the reasons you have to be happy and forget about the upsetting things. It's hard as hell to remember to do that but trust me if works. I just did it and I am feeling way better! :) Just breathe and think positive. Power to the positive thinking :)

Enjoying Each Day As It Is

     That is what I am trying to do recently. You may ask if I am actually succeeding in doing so. Somewhat is the answer. There are certain times when I get mad that I forget that there is no point to get mad. Life is so short and you really should enjoy every minute of it. It's so easy to say that but to live it is a completely different thing. It is so hard to be happy all the time. I know this wonderful lady and she is my icon. I look up to her because she is always happy. No matter what, well obviously not in sad moments. When she asks a question she actually wants to hear the answer. Just the other day she found out I had attended a concert and so she got all excited and asked me how it was and all that. She stood there and truly listened to what I had to say. She commented on my t-shirt and was happy that I had had a great time. Might I add she is my mothers age so she probably had no idea who the band even was. People like her are very rare and in between. If you know someone like that you should tell them! They should get thanked and appreciated everyday :)

      Anyways haha now that I have had my insightful moment of my blog time to move onto something not so insightful. LOL! On Wednesday night I attended a concert. It was Bleaker Ridge, My Darkest Days, Papa Roach and Buckcherry. And might I add it was amazing!!!! :) My friends and I got there somewhat early so we got the very front of the floor section. It was such a unique experience! Everyone wants the front so we got pushed and shoved and felt up. LOL! During the Papa Roach part the lead singer told the crowd to split in half and take three steps back then on his go collide. My friends and I were pretty much in the middle of the crowd so there was only about one person in front of each of us. So we had the all the people behind us hit us and the people in front of us! It was so awesome!!! :)  I really enjoyed myself :) :) :)

      But I am tired so I will talk to you all later my awesome readers :)

Wow....it has been a bit since I have written...Not all that much has happened I guess....Kyle's birthday was alright...had a piece of carrot cake to celebrate it :) :) I know Kyle can't hear me but....Kyle Matthew Arron Bakstad I miss your pain in the ass butt! haha Now that I have that out of my system haha time to more onto something else. Since I last wrote I have been busy with school and Bootcamp. I have also been trying to hang out with my friends as much as I can to keep this year fun and interesting. I have met some new people and that excites me :) One is actually a Rotary Youth Exchange Student from Mexico :) :) She is awesome :) And another is a friend of a friend of mine haha he is also awesome haha I don't really know him that much yet but I am sure that by the end of the year I will know him better :) He is really funny haha I am taking Introduction to German 11 this semester and I am really enjoying it! It's really cool to be able to learn about another country and their culture! Plus in my cooking class there is a German girl and it's just cool to be able to learn about it and know someone. I actually know quite a few people that are German :) I don't know I am just excited about it haha My teacher brought in Black Forest Cake because it comes from Germany :) And we get German Sausages this week :) Yay us haha and GUESS WHAT IS HAPPENING TOMORROW!!!! :) hahaha A Papa Roach and My Darkest Days Concert!!! That I am going too :) Woot Woot :) haha And with a bunch of my awesome friends too :) It should be a blast!!! :) :)

Well....I don't really know what to say haha I was able to go to PG with some friends of mine to pick up their brother and watch a friend of mine play hockey :) oh and pick up one of my friends prom dress :) :) :) :) It was absolutely gorgeous!!!! :) :) :) I am kind of really excited for prom! I cannot wait to get my dress!!! :) It should be here this month :) Within like two weeks!!! :) Oh yeah I am excited!!! haha :) :) :) :)
